1. Introduction

2. Service Agreement
Celebrate Services provides professional catering services for a variety of events, including e.g., corporate events, private parties, weddings. The specific services, menu, and pricing for your event will be detailed in a separate quote or invoice.
3. Ordering and Booking
- Order Placement: All catering orders must be placed through our website, via email, or by phone.
- Booking Confirmation: An order is not considered confirmed until you have received a written confirmation from us and, where applicable, paid a deposit.
- Minimum Order: We may have a minimum order requirement for certain services or delivery zones, which will be specified at the time of your inquiry.
- Lead Time: To ensure we can provide the highest quality service, we require a minimum lead time for all orders. This will be communicated to you during the booking process.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing: All prices quoted are in INR and are subject to change. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, delivery fees, and any other surcharges unless otherwise stated.
- Payment Terms: A deposit of 40%- 50% may be required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 2 days before the event date.
- Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit card, debit card, UPI and bank transfer.
- Overdue Payments: We reserve the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not received by the due date.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation by Customer:
- If you cancel 4 days or less before the event, your deposit will be refunded in full.
- If you cancel between, 4days after the booking and 2days before the event, your deposit will be forfeited.
- If you cancel 2 days or less before the event, the full payment is non-refundable.
- Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, natural disaster), we will provide a full refund of all payments made.
6. Changes to Orders
- Changes to Menu or Guest Count: All changes to your order, including menu selections or the number of guests, must be submitted in writing by in 2 days before the event date. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them.
- Late Changes: Changes requested after the deadline may be subject to additional fees.
7. Delivery and Setup
- Delivery: We will deliver your order to the address provided. You are responsible for providing clear and safe access for our delivery team.
- Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are based on your location and will be included in your quote.
- Setup: Our basic service includes delivery and drop-off. Any additional setup services will be detailed in your quote and may incur extra charges.
8. Food Safety and Allergens
- Allergens: We make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. However, our kitchen handles common allergens, and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please inform us of any allergies at the time of booking.
- Food Handling: We are not responsible for the safety of food once it has been delivered and left in your care. It is your responsibility to ensure the food is stored and handled properly to maintain quality and safety. We recommend consuming the food within [e.g., two hours] of delivery.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate contact and event details.
- On-site Conditions: You must provide a clean and safe space for food drop-off and, if applicable, a suitable setup area.
- Damage: You will be responsible for any loss or damage to our equipment (e.g., serving platters, chafing dishes) while in your possession.
10. Limitation of Liability
Celebrate Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of [Your Catering Brand Name]. You may not use this content without our express written permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of West Bengal/India.
